Furthermore, you are neat and precise. As an all-rounder, no two days are the same. Your job alternates with a different working environment every day. You keep getting to know new people, you like that! Of course, you can rely on your colleagues. You are regularly scheduled together and help each other where you can. You are the expert and are happy to demonstrate that when needed.
Some of your responsibilities:
-Independently carrying out various repair work
-Carpentry work in and around homes
-Carrying out renovation work
What are we looking for in you?
A super-social & real all-rounder, you like variation in your work and can work independently as well as together with your colleagues to get the job done. Going out all day long or doing the bigger jobs, that’s what makes you happy. Working neatly and accurately is the minimum standard for you, as is being there for your colleagues and our clients. After all, you are social and have great communication skills. It is a plus when you have a valid VCA diploma.
In addition, we ask:
-MBO work and thinking level
-Experience in various maintenance activities in and around the house
-At least 2 years of relevant work experience
-Customer contact is particularly important
-Good verbal communication skills in the Dutch and English language
Salary is graded on experience level
